Email Troubleshooting for DiSC Reports/Links and EPIC Sub-Accounts:    

Increasingly, organizations are using stronger email system filters to protect against viruses, malware, etc.  Sometimes this security also affects legitimate emails such as the DiSC reports and assessment links that we email to you. 

As such, our emails to you with assessment links and/or attachments, though safe and legitimate, may look suspect to your email security protection.  Consequently, your reports may occasionally be filtered out or go into junk mail folder.  Also, your assessment links on your emailed receipt may also be modified or elongated by your organization's email security system.

To remedy this issue, please add the following domains to your list of 'safe-senders' in your email client (Outlook, etc.):   

@wiley-epic.com 
@yourlifespath.com 

You may also need to involve your IT Help Desk to 'white-list' these domains in your email security system. 

Once these domains are added to your list of safe-senders and 'white-listed' by your IT dept (if applicable),  your DiSC-related emails from Your Life's Path should arrive normally as you would expect.  

If you have an EPIC sub-account, your assessment invite emails to your team members from your EPIC account as well as your profile completion notifications may also be affected. You may also need to involve your IT Help Desk so that emails from your EPIC account (which uses @wiley-epic.com to send your EPIC emails) are white-listed and not blocked / filtered.  Once white-listed, emails from your EPIC account to your users should be received normally across your organization.
